We’re not here for pep talks or shallow comfort. No out of context scriptures telling you that weight loss is about "doing all things through Christ" or "temptation" being about brownies. 

In fact, we're sorry if those verses have been used to shame you on past weight loss journeys. 

We’re here for something deeper: to help you bring your struggles, your longings, and your hopes for change to the foot of the cross. We want you to see even your body image battles into the light of God’s truth and place them under the authority of His Word.

We know you've probably "surrendered" this struggle to the Lord before. (Maybe even 100 times!) But, we're committed to helping you get to the root of why you keep taking it back.
